THE TREE KISSER'S IMPERFECT SALE!

If there's one thing I love, it's sales. I'm about that sales life. Anytime I can get anything for cheaper than what it actually costs (which 97% of the time I can,) I'm a happy lady. One of my most favorite sales is The Tree Kisser's Imperfect Sale. In case you're unfamiliar with how that sale works, any item that she deems unsellable for regular price, she doesn't sell and usually twice a year, she has a sale to sell those "imperfect" items. She also puts some items in there that are completely fine but she has a large quantity of so that she can make room for new products.

When she has these sales, inventory moves FAST! I'm talking like, mostly everything is sold out within the first 10 minutes. Jessica is kind enough to post some tips to help have a better chance to get what you want. I've also got some tips that have helped me as well, and after I show off what I got, I'm gonna share those with you so you can be prepared for the next sale!

This time around I ordered a few things for myself and some gifts for others, which I typically do. I think one of the reasons I love her designs so much is that not only are they super comfortable and also a portion of all sales goes to helping animals, but there's something for all of the animal lovers in your life. I got my sister a shirt for her birthday last year, I got my mom a sweatshirt for her birthday this year, and I got my friend a shirt she really liked for her birthday this year too.

For this post, I'm going to be talking about what I got for myself only. For size reference, I'm 5'0 and 110 lbs, bust size 32D.

First up, the "Just Keep Loving" flowy pocket tee in a size S.
Picture
This shirt is definitely flowy and I love that, since I prefer looser fitting shirts. The message is simple, but it makes a statement. I love the little pocket, and I think it gives a basic black tshirt a bit of flair. Because it sits so wide on the shoulders, you definitely want to make sure you're wearing something underneath it, which I do all the time anyway. The length fits me well too. The material is so soft. I like that I can wear it as either PJs or dress it up. Anytime I can find shirts that work both ways, I'm happy! It's also worth mentioning that I don't see any imperfections with this tshirt at all. This was $12.

Next up, the "Romantic Walks" flowy long sleeve tshirt in a size M.
Picture
Just like with the pocket tee, this is soft and flowy. The "imperfection" on this tshirt is that the ink is supposed to be a bright light pink, but the color looks more gray, which I actually prefer so I don't see any imperfection in my book! I absolutely love the saying too. It'll be perfect for my once every five years beach trip that I take lol. This is another shirt that can be dressed up or down, like most of her shirts are. It's worth noting that a friend of mine on IG said that this style shirt seems to be shorter in the front, to the point for her where she can't wear it. So, if you're on the tall side, or you're busty, be aware of that when ordering these shirts. I chose to get a size bigger than usual just in case, and while it is a bit large, it still fits me how I prefer. This was $15.

Next up, the "Plays Well With Animals" flowy long sleeve shirt in a size M.
Picture
This is the same style and design as the previous shirt. I think the only imperfection with this shirt is the box isn't perfectly rectangular, but I have OCD, any normal person wouldn't even notice it. I was proud I got a shirt in white, because I hate wearing white lol. Black and gray is life, so for me to voluntarily wear white, high five Ash! ✋🏼 It's such a true statement for me too, since I really do play well with animals! Since it's the same style as the other shirt, the part about it running shorter in the front stands with this one as well. This was $15.

Lastly, the "Save Me" eco fleece sweatshirt in a unisex size M.
Picture
Her eco fleece sweatshirts are literally my favorite. I have her "Animals Are Not Fabric" one that I literally live in. They're so soft and cozy. These are unisex sweatshirts but I prefer the size M because they fit perfectly. I like my butt covered, and I like the longer sleeve so I can tuck my hands in them to keep them warm. I can't find one imperfection with this sweatshirt, I looked and looked and found none. I cannot recommend her eco fleece sweatshirts enough. If you buy nothing else, buy one of her sweatshirts. This was $20.

Those are all my goodies that I'm more than happy with! I'm forever a fan of her stuff, and her in general. Now for the tips to help you get what you want. Jessica shares on her Instagram story like the day of and the day before tips that I found super helpful:

1) She shares some of the issues with the articles of clothing, so you can decide if you want to order that item and risk getting that issue.
2) She shares what she has the most and least of so when you order you know what to order first. Since she has limited stock of most items, this is super helpful.
3) She suggests that you place multiple orders to ensure you get what you want. You can put something in your cart and in a flash someone checked out just a second before you and you miss it. You gotta be fast, like grease lightning fast. She refunds some of your shipping fees if you email her with your order numbers, which is really nice of her to do.
4) I found it especially helpful to go on her website prior to the sale beginning and checking out what she has, so you know what you want if it's available. Also, figure out your size ahead of time. That takes out the guess work when you're trying to be fast.
5) Take into account all factors of what she said, and what you want, and have a game plan of what to order and in what order to order them in, basing it off how many she has, how much you want it, etc..

By utilizing all of these tips, I was able to get all the items I wanted. Make sure you sign up for her emails and follow her on Instagram so you never miss a sale!

Happy Shopping!
