Sometimes I go to Ulta for one thing, like shampoo, and I successfully walk out with shampoo. Just like sometimes (on maybe one occasion in my life ever), I go to Target for toilet paper and leave with only toilet paper. Sometimes I go to the store for one thing, buy everything else, and forget what I originally needed in the first place, until I'm home and it's too late. In this instance, I went to Ulta for shampoo, had a 20% off coupon (for prestige brands too!), and ended up walking out with shampoo, as well as a few other things and spent like $60. It's called balance.
AT LEAST I GOT SHAMPOO! I've already reviewed Pacifica's lotions for you guys, I have a separate post set aside for the shampoo, and that mermaid beauty in the top left side will also be a separate post. So, for now, let's discuss Hardcore Happy perfume by Pacifica.
Let me first state, I am an avid fan of crystals. I thoroughly believe in the healing power of them. So, the crystal infused concept is a winner for me. There were different scents with different crystals, but this one A) smelled the best and B) I love quartz. Plus, I love anything micro-batch made, since to me, that's made with more care, attention, and love. This was $24 for 1 oz. Really, not absurdly priced either. Plus, my 20% off.
When it's empty, I'm absolutely going to take the quartz out of the bottle and put them in like a necklace or something, I love to repurpose things naturally, but I'll never let quartz go to waste. I'm an energy person, as an empath, I feel energies constantly. Honestly, it's exhausting. Healing crystals are a GREAT way to defend yourself against negative energies. Do some research. Let them (and yourself) recharge under the full moonlight, and you're good to go. Compassionate Paws is my go to for healing crystal jewelry, as a side note.
Back on task, this perfume smells SO good. You can get each layer: the vanilla, coconut, and tuberose. Fortunately for me, the tuberose is not very strong, and it blends well with the other fragrances. I don't like florals, so if I do wear them, it's minimal. My only actual complaint is that the scent isn't long lasting at all, but I sure do feel happy when I spray it on me and smell it. There is a texturing hair spray, a shimmering hair and body mist (hello early 00s, I've missed you), and a roll on oil you can get as well. Presently, Ulta has buy one get one half off for Pacifica too, so I would get your roll on (pun intended), and scoop up some goodies!
