Hey friends! Today I wanna tell you guys about my super cute vegan necklace I got by Christy Robinson. She has a website, as you can see above, but I found her stuff on etsy under: crobinsondesigns.
She has a variety of animal friendly slogans on a variety of different designs that she hand stamps on either recycled aluminum or silver. You can get necklaces, bracelets, and keychains. You can also choose the length of the necklace which I love because I'm a tiny girl and most necklaces are at such an awkward length on me I get too annoyed and end up not wearing them. For my necklace, I chose the shortest length which is 16 inches. She also offers 18 and 20 inches as well, so you're sure to find one that fits you best. I also really love that it's handmade so every piece you get is slightly different and not like the others. Handmade is always better in my eyes. I love the uniqueness of it all.
I chose the bunny designs because it's adorable. I got the aluminum and it's super light weight, and eventually I forget I'm wearing it. Then I remember I put it on, then panic and think I lost it because I can't feel it, then I touch my neck and realize I'm still wearing it lol. I wear this necklace literally every single day. Literally, every day. My veganism is a point of pride for me, and not only that, it's a conversation starter about the vegan lifestyle. Not everyone knows and understands it, and they see my necklace and they ask questions, which I am always so happy to answer. Being willing and able to share that knowledge is how we can get the word out. Knowledge is power! Also, as a bonus, it matches everything I wear because it's neutral. I bought this necklace in May, and have worn it every day since I received it. And, I can honestly say it still looks like new, which is totally awesome.
Overall, if you're looking for some cute vegan and/or animal friendly jewelry that expresses your beliefs while keeping it trendy, Christy Robinson has a design (or 2!) for you! Here's some photos of me wearing mine so you can get an idea of the length and how it looks wit a variety of different styles:
There you have it! Different outfits, hairstyles, faces; and it goes with them all! You'll never need another necklace!
So, in case you wanted to get yourself some of your own lovely pieces, either check out her website or her etsy. They range in price, depending on a lot of different factors like material for example, but you won't be disappointed no matter what you choose. Mine was $16 + $5.25 for shipping, and I have absolutely gotten my money's worth and then some. I plan on making a second purchase soon, perhaps a bracelet to match my necklace!
I would love to see your vegan jewelry, if you have any! Do you have a favorite designer?
